Back Pend Oreille County Fire Protection District No. 2 Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on August 2, 2004 Meeting called to order by Chairman Rick Stone at 10:00 at Administrative Office, Metaline Falls, WA. Present were: Commissioners Stone and Layton, Administrative Assistant Rumelhart and District Chief Pollock. Assistant Chief Doughty arrived at 10:10. New Business: Resolution 04-03, Additional Date for Regular Commissioner Meetings - Commissioner Stone moved that Resolution 04-03, establishing an additional regular commissioner meeting on the fourth Monday of each month at 10:00 AM at the Administrative Office be approved. Commissioner Layton seconded the motion and the motion passed 2-0. 2005 Budget – A work session to set up the preliminary 2005 budget was held.
