Above. 0The net is circled up and they are taking in the purse line that closes the bottom of the net. When the entire fleet have out their nets, they pretty much cover the entrance to Valdez arm.

Notice the plastic pointed peaks on all the harbor pilings to keep off the seagulls. Consequently, the cover the roofs of the buildings around the marina.
